WHAT DOES WHERE CAN YOU BUY FERTILE EGGS MEAN?

I live in the Florida panhandle and I'd personally have the ability to drive to Georgia/Alabama/North Carolina/Orlando Tampa area to purchase fertile hatching eggs or young parrots. Does any person know of any trusted breeders who sell hatching eggs in these states/places? I am not really demanding around the breed but I would like an African grey,
